1-2 Person City (Voucher) Tour

Service Description

Our Tour collection point is on Bridge Street (outside the Galleria Restaurant) near the punt operators. When making your booking, please remember to enter your full Buyagift/Red Letter Day voucher code exactly as it appears on the confirmation email or paperwork you received. If you submit an incorrect BuyaGift/Red Letter Day voucher code, your booking request will be declined. Please note that as we have to validate your code, at least 24 hours notice is required to process your booking. BuyaGift/Red Letter Day vouchers can be redeemed/used for weekdays when available (excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve). They cannot be used on Saturdays or Sundays unless £20.00 extra is paid on the day for the weekend upgrade. If you would like to upgrade your voucher for more passengers or to our extended Grantchester Tour, please contact us before submitting your booking so we can give you a quotation. Please be ready at least five minutes before your confirmed collection time. Please also be aware that at busier times, your driver may be delayed by up to ten minutes (especially on Sundays due to our slightly longer tour route). Tours last approximately 25 minutes and are spoken in English.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled tours are non refundable/transferable. However, If your cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your confirmed tour date, we are happy to reschedule a new tour for you. Please be aware that we can only reschedule tours once per customer and within one calendar month, subject to availability. Our full Terms & Conditions can be found on our website.
