Completion of any booking and the use of the service we provide, indicates your UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE to our Terms & Conditions.

When booking a 1-2, Family of 4, 3-4 or 5 Person Tour, Our Tour pick up point is on Bridge Street, Cambridge. CB2 1UW

(outside The Galleria Restaurant)

When booking a Hotel Collection Tour, we currently collect from:

1. DoubleTree By Hilton Cambridge City Centre (Granta Place, Mill Lane) 

2. Hotel du Vin (Trumpington Street)

3. The Royal Cambridge (Trumpington Street)

4. Regent Hotel (Regent Street) 

5. University Arms (Regent Street)

6. Hilton Cambridge City Centre (Downing Street)

7. The Varsity Hotel & Spa (Thompson’s Lane)

Our Hotel Collection Tour is for 1-5 persons, and the pick up point is from outside the Hotels main entrance.

Please arrive at your collection point at least five minutes before your booked/confirmed collection time.

If you arrive late for your tour, a shorter route may then be taken in order to make up time.


We always aim to collect customers at the confirmed collection time. However, this may vary slightly depending 

on traffic/unforeseen circumstances.

We therefore advise that collection times can run up to (approx) 10 minutes later at busier times, and on Sundays due to our slightly longer tour route.

If you require a collection from anywhere else within Cambridge City Centre, please get in touch via the Contact Us section for a price & availability.

As our Model T's are fully licensed private hire vehicles, child seats/boosters are not required by UK law so are not supplied. If you wish to use your own child seat/booster, we are more than happy for you to do so.

Please be aware that any child not big enough to use a normal vehicle seat belt, must ride in/on an appropriate child seat, which is the responsibility of the person making the booking to supply.

Our Tour lasts approximately 25 minutes and is currently only available in English.

Cancelled tours are non refundable.

However, If your cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your confirmed tour date, we are happy to reschedule a new tour for you.

*Please be aware that rescheduled tours are limited to once per customer within one calendar month, and are subject to availability*

We DO NOT accept cancellations via voicemail. If you do need to cancel, please email us at: info@cambridgevintagetours.uk


We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time to prevent damage or overloading to any of our vehicles.

Cancelled tours under such circumstances are non refundable.

If you are unsure about vehicle weight restrictions, please contact us through the Contact Us section of our website or email us at: info@cambridgevintagetours.uk

If your tour is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather or road closures etc,

we shall notify you by email as soon as we can

You can then either reschedule another tour (free of charge) or if you would prefer, we can issue you with a full refund.

3. Calling our phone number and requesting a call back. 

We DO NOT accept bookings by using any form of text messaging or video call service.
